I love this McDonald's I come during lunch time and they are so nice and quick the Mangers make sure you got everything you need and are so friendly
A very impatient manager, causing a new cashier to be more nervous. Waited over 15 minutes for a egg and cheese biscuits. Food was good
Took forever. They were totally disorganized. Ran out of receipt paper so no one got their receipt with their order number. Lack of communication was terrible. If you are in a hurry, don't go here. Food was fine when I finally got it.
The worse drive thru experience I've ever had! Teenaged employees were running around, playing, inside the restaurant. Drive thru line was backed up around the building. Waited 22 minutes for an Artisan grilled chicken sandwich, side salad, and a powerade. The manager, apparently, was the one cooking AND filling the orders. Always experience HORRIBLE service at Wrens, GA McDonald's! Why did I go there? It was the only place still open after the football game. Never again will they get my money!
The employees were more interested in yelling/calling out other people/employees in the store that were off duty. They made sure we knew they weren't working that day. It was a dirty store. The bathrooms were not clean.
